iBUG holds a monthly Members Meeting on the 4th Thursday of each month at an accessible venue in Islington, currently in N1. These meetings are open to all Islington residents who identify as having a mental health problem, whether you're currently using mental health services or not. Our meetings are informal but structured, with ground rules to keep them safe. We aim to make them welcoming and informative whether you're attending for the first time, only come occasionally, or have been a member for many years. Refreshments are also provided.

If you're attending for the first time, we can arrange for someone to meet you at the venue to welcome you.
